The Destination Australia Program provides financial help to local and foreign students deciding to study in regional parts of Australia. Under the 2025–2026 intake, the government will give students studying at eligible universities scholarships worth AUD 15,000 each year.
The goal is to help regions grow, offer good education outside main cities and make students’ lives richer. Even though programs vary by college, engineering, health sciences, environmental studies, education and hospitality are common areas of study.
Every university you wish to apply to must receive your applications and every one may require different things and have its own deadlines. Students must be enrolled in classes on a regional campus full-time to be considered for the program.
