Besides tuition fee waivers from the government, a lot of Finnish universities have their own scholarships for international students beginning bachelor’s or master’s degree programs in English in 2025–2026. Many of these scholarships take care of tuition and also help with living expenses.
Each university and program has its own set of eligibility rules, how to apply and when to apply. There are scholarships that give out money based on academic record and others may be given out for those who come from low-income families or are learning certain subjects.
